WILL CHENEY RESIGN?

After a Washington Post story suggesting that Vice President Dick Cheney's office is involved in the Plame-CIA investigation, rumors are flying around Washington that Cheney might step aside and be replaced by Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice

Some seem to think that this would be a good move seeing as how Cheney might have screwed the pooch by outing CIA agent Plame and might be indicted for doing so. These political wizards seem to think that Condi Rice would make a good prez and could beat Hillary Clinton next election. Making her the veep would put her in the public eye and be first step in that direction.

Well, I reckon. But I would rather see Rudy in the race than Condi-maybe Rudy and Condi for Veep. Now that is a ticket that could get me tvotete the republican ticket instead of just sitting home waiting for NBC to tell me who won-- before all the votes are even tallied.
