The Fire Eater debuted as a redline in the 1977 Flying Colors series. Unfortunately, I don't possess this version but only a modest 1982 model.
Edit: After double-checking on the hot Wheels guide, my version appears to be either a 77, 78 or 79 model.
The Ambulance was released in 1989, in the Workhorses series and that's the model on display here.
According to Hot Wheels Wiki this truck was featured in the Hot Wheels Bash Arena, a demolition derby style PC game.
